Where technology — including AI and automation — fits
Technology is moving faster than most businesses have the internal capacity to evaluate on their own. AI, automation and robotics are already changing what's realistic in the warehouse and back office — from automated data handling and reporting through to physical automation on the floor. The risk for most businesses isn't ignoring this, it's guessing at it without an independent, technical view of what's actually ready, what's still immature, and what's worth building now.
We treat AI and automation the same way we treat any technology decision: a tool to apply where it earns its place, under accountable human review — not a headline to chase.
